INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

On the occasion of Independence day our Vidyalaya conducted various competitions as follows :- 


On  2nd August ,2024 . 

Rangoli making competition from 

Classes V & VI (Girls ) 41 girls were actively participated in the competition and 

A Slogan recitation competition from Class V & VI ( Boys ). Altogether 21 boys were participated.

On 3rd August 2024 

Drawing & colouring the National flag for classes I to III total 65 no of students were participated in the competition.

Tri - colour badge making competition for the classes IV to VI. Altogether 75 students were participated. On 14 th August 2024, get up of unsung heroes' classes from Balvatika I to class VI.

Altogether130 students along with their parents were participated in the competition.



On 15 th August 2024, our Vidyalaya, zilla parishad Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Shore point, celebrated the 78th Independence Day of our nation. The day began with a Prabhat pheri led by students from Balvatika I to class VI, followed by a program that commenced with the solemn flag hoisting ceremony by our chief guest, Smti . Dhana Rekha zilla parishad member shore point constituency. The assembly sang the National anthem with pride and fervor. Thereafter, an inspiring speech were delivered by our Headmistress, chief guest, teacher and student the speeches emphasized the significance of Independence Day. A group song was than presented by students from classes V& VI. Finally, the program concluded with a vote of thanks and sweet distribution. Following the program a few teachers and parents SMC & PTA members from our Vidyalaya visited Bamboo flat hospital and distributed sweets as a gesture of goodwill and solidarity thereby reinforcing the values of compassion and community services. Altogether 250 students, 12 teacher and 3 non-teaching staffs were witnessed the program.







Visit of the Abhyudaya Complex (Divyang and Elderly Residents)

On July 22, 2024, Zilla Parishad Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Shore Point, conducted a visit to the Abhyudaya Complex in Ferrar Gunj, children, Divyang (differently abled individuals), and elderly residents. During the visit, the school distributed writing materials to school-going children and provided snacks to everyone. This act of selfless service exemplified the Vidyalaya's dedication to supporting the community and helping those in need, inspiring others to emulate their efforts. The teachers involved made a significant impact on the lives of the underprivileged, reflecting the true spirit of service and compassion. A total of seven teachers participated in and witnessed the program.



KENDRA VARGA AT VIVEKANANDA KENDRA SHORE POINT

Our Vidyalaya zilla parishad Vivekananda Kendra Shore point conducted Kendra Varga on 20/7/24. The day was themed about to inculcate good will among the parents as well as too aware about our Kendra's activities. Altogether 25 nearby parents and 12 teachers were present on the day.



SHIKSHA SAPTAH

On the eve of 4th anniversary of the National education policy (NEP) 2020 in this regard a momentous occasion was presented through the celebration of shiksha Saptah from 22-28 July 2024 in our vidyalaya , this program aims to foster a spirit of collaboration in common platform.

As part of Siksha Saptah 2024, the"Teaching-Learning Material (TLM) Day" was celebrated on 22.07.2024. The focus of this day was to highlight the importance of innovative and effective teaching-learning materials in enhancing the educational experience. The event was aimed at both educators and students, emphasizing the role of creative materials in making learning more engaging, interactive, and accessible.

FLN - (day 2) This day was dedicated to enhancing and promoting foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) among students, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The objective was to create awareness about the importance of basic literacy and numeracy skills, which are critical for the overall development of children.

Day 3 - sports day 

Siksha Sapta's Sports Day was a vibrant and energetic event, showcasing the athletic talents of students across various disciplines. The day started with a grand opening ceremony, featuring a parade by the participants and the lighting of the sports torch, symbolizing the spirit of unity and competition .The event was filled with numerous activities, including running race, frog race, school marble race etc 

Day 4 - Cultural Day was a vibrant celebration of diversity and artistic talent, featuring a rich array of performances and activities that highlighted the cultural heritage of the students. The main attractions included a series of performances by students, which included traditional dance.

Day 5 - Siksha Sapta's Skilling and Digital

Initiatives Day was an engaging event designed to highlight the importance of digital literacy and vocational skills in today's world.The day was marked by a  interactive sessions aimed at equipping students with valuable skills for their future Careers. 



Day 6 Eco - Clubs for mission life / School nutrition Day.On this significant day our students drive a plantation camp in our school campus, the program was started with slogans said by students as well as the teachers, thereafter the students of class V & VI students were planted small plants as creating the message of go clean and go   green.

Day 7 - Community Involvement Day was a heartwarming event dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community and social responsibility among students. In this day the all the students from Balvatika - I to class VI share their traditional food with each other, and parents also participated in this program.
